Dr. jur. Burkhard Fassbach is licensed to practice law in Germany since 1998. He has gained long-standing experience in the area of international commercial and contract law. Postgraduate studies included a research stay at the Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago, and a doctoral thesis on comparative law in the field of U.S. Corporate Reorganization Law supervised by Prof. Dr. Manfred Wolf, Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University, Frankfurt. He studied law in Germany at the Universities of Freiburg, Frankfurt and Mainz and served as a Legal Clerk in the district of the appellate court of Frankfurt. Prior to his legal education he had finished his training as a professional banker. Dr. Fassbach is a member of the Frankfurt Bar Association and the Alumni and Friends of the Frankfurt University School of Law. |
